Technical Inside Sales Representative – Mechatronics & Robotics

We’re seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to support our growing mechatronics and robotics product lines. This role blends technical knowledge with sales strategy
, engaging with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators across the U.S. and Canada.

$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Identify and develop new leads while managing existing accounts.
• Provide technical pre-sales support
  , product presentations, and application guidance.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Manage CRM data, respond to RFQs, and follow up on opportunities.
• Support trade shows, digital campaigns, and e‑commerce activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering required.
• 2+ years of technical sales or customer‑facing engineering experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with motion control, automation, or robotics a plus.
• Proficient with CRM/ERP systems (Hub Spot or Infor preferred) and Microsoft Office.
