Senior Premier Relationship Manager – BMO U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of mass‑affluent clients across multiple branch locations.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, uncover financial needs and provide solutions compliant with regulatory policies.
  • Use a consultative sales process to develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and execute retention and relationship‑expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with branch partners and community outreach to build relationships and deliver the desired customer experience.
  • Review credit applications and ensure sound credit granting principles.
  • Provide digital banking options guidance and support for self‑serve technologies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with security, safeguarding and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services with knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Advanced understanding of deposit, loan, mortgage, and credit risk policies.
  • Strong knowledge of brokerage and insurance products, and of business services such as retirement plans and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, problem‑solving and influence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required). 4–6 years of relevant experience; post‑secondary education preferred.
  • Required:

    SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, Life & Health licenses (or required within 6 months of start).
Licensing & Regulatory
  • Licensed position requiring SIE, Series 6, 63, Life and Health.
  • May involve originator of consumer loans and federal registration under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
  • Criminal background review and credit history evaluation required.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $57,500.00 – $ (Salaried). Quarterly incentives and annual bonus opportunities available. Benefit package includes health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, retirement savings plans, and more. For details, visit
