We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Momentum in Huntly, IL for a part‑time position.
Base pay: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides one‑on‑one ABA services to clients.
- Understands and implements each client’s individual support plan under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst.
- Provides feedback and insight to the clinical team regarding the client’s support plan.
- Obtains and maintains Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Protects the health and safety of clients and fellow employees by following appropriate health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet department and/or business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; requiredli>
- At least one (1) year of experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities; preferred.
- Current and valid RBT certification; preferred, not required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others.
- Successfully pass all post‑offer, pre‑employment screening requirements including criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty‑five (25) pounds.
- Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required.
