Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Manufacturing packaging custom products in Huntley, IL area Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, is seeking a General Labor Associate to join their team! This climate-controlled facility offers a wide range of perks, such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Location:
Huntley, IL
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:15 PM
Overtime is available as needed until 3:15 PM
Occasional Saturdays: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Payrate: $17.00
Position SummaryInglese Box Company is seeking reliable General Production Associates to support the manufacturing of corrugated packaging, pizza boxes, and custom box products. Team members will assist with packaging, stacking, wrapping, palletizing, and other production duties to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Stack and bundle finished cardboard boxes.
- Wrap completed products for shipment.
- Place finished box bundles onto pallets.
- Assist with material staging and production support.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive arm movements.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack box bundles throughout the day (35 pounds to 50 pounds).
- Some box bundles may be heavier depending on the product size and customer order.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attendance and reliability are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
