Inside Sales Representative – Hiwin Corporation

Hiwin Corporation is a global leader in motion control and mechatronic system technology. We manufacture linear motion components such as linear guideways, ball screws, linear motors, and stages. We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our fast‑paced, safety‑centric team.

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive research to identify potential leads from business directories, web searches, and digital resources (e.g., Hub Spot).
  • Execute focused cold‑calling campaigns and send outbound communications to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to uncover new sales opportunities and provide qualified inbound leads.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, trade shows, and e‑commerce, ensuring they meet financial and technical criteria.
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect and customer profiles in the CRM system.
  • Respond to RFQ’s, product questions, and order inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Organize and lead product presentations, remote “lunch and learns,” and new product roll‑outs to grow business at existing accounts.
  • Support the e‑commerce platform by validating orders and contacting customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field).
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, with linear motion control experience required.
  • Previous experience in outbound call center or inside sales environments preferred.
  • Experience with Hub Spot and/or Infor preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from initiation to close.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently or as a team member.
  • Strong time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Resilient attitude toward rejection and persistent outreach to prospective customers.
