, Inc., Agile Engineering Division, supports DoD PEOs, PMOs, MDA, MSIC, SMDC, and Space Force programs; offensive and defensive weapons acquisition and fielding.

The Accountant oversees the accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time. Key duties include managing the AP team, supervising payment processing and vendor relations, implementing internal controls, and generating financial reports. The role covers the entire AP cycle and month‑end accruals in a multi‑company environment.

• Lead the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and act as point of contact for escalated inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports such as aging reports and cash‑flow projections.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP efficiency and accuracy, including automation.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Maintain the AP ledger and ensure all financial records are accurate and organized.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Six years of accounts payable and general accounting experience for a Federal contractor; management experience preferred.
• Five years of accounting experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Five years of experience with corporate credit‑card reconciliation.
• Two years of processing Year‑End 1099s.
• Two years supporting DCAA and other external financial audits.
• At least level 3 competency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
