The candidate must be proficient in developing and maintaining schedules, including calendar synchronization of events and integration of activities for senior leaders. They should have expert-level proficiency in the Defense Travel System (DTS) and Task Management Tool (TMT). Strong communication skills (both oral and written), interpersonal skills, organization, and presentation skills are essential. The role involves liaising with internal executives and teams, as well as external contacts, to establish seamless communication.
The candidate should be skilled in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating executive-level correspondence, and interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract pertinent information for document creation. Experience developing senior executive-level papers, briefings, and technical documentation within the Army and/or greater DoD is required. The ability to work independently with minimal oversight is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS is also required.
/ Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS and 3 years of experience in administrative/business field; or
- AA and 4 years of experience in administrative/business field; or
- 10 years of experience in administrative/business field.
Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
