• Manage workload distribution and monitor project delivery progress.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain a calendar for project implementation to completion.
• Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and correct or report to Project Management.
• Provide the Project Manager with all needed elements to issue weekly/monthly reports.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• Must have 2+ years experience with Primavera P6.
• Self‑motivated, positive approach, professional and able to lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvements.
• Promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
• Proven problem‑solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
• High skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
• Ability to learn Company project management systems.

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must have a working knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience scheduling in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Minimum years of experience: 2-4 years.
