Service Technician – Woody Anderson Ford

Location:

Huntsville, AL
Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Document and perform work as outlined on repair order.
• Complete maintenance and repairs requested for guest vehicles.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Test–drive vehicles (if warranted) and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to keep guests well-informed if additional services are recommended or required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in an automotive shop.
• General mechanical skills and manual dexterity.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds several times during each shift.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to type and utilize functions of a computer and various operating programs.

• Full time, $18/hour.
