Aerospace Transparencies Strategic Account Manager - Hybrid

We’re looking for a strategic sales professional to drive growth in our Aerospace Transparencies business. The role focuses on building and sustaining long‑term relationships with key global accounts, developing new opportunities, and managing complex contracts.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global customer strategy and key account plans that align with company objectives.
• Drive performance against KPIs such as revenue, volume, and earnings while maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for select transparency accounts, managing customer contracts and supporting presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, engineering, product development) to support meetings, projects, and product lifecycle management.
• Enhance customer relationships through trade shows, seminars, training, and events.
• Identify new opportunities, develop pricing strategies, manage opportunity pipelines, and contribute to global business strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Five or more years of customer‑facing experience with proven success in account management.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and global account strategies with strong sales, financial, and operational metrics knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; proficient in MRP software and CRM systems; adaptable to fast‑paced environments and willing to travel.
