Join our team as a Proposal Pricing Specialist, where you'll play a key role in developing competitive, compliant, and compelling pricing strategies that help drive business success.

What You'll Do
  • Support all aspects of proposal pricing and cost development.
  • Prepare accurate labor, travel, material, and other cost estimates in response to RFQs and data calls.
  • Develop comprehensive price proposals and cost/price volumes aligned with solicitation requirements.
  • Gather and analyze cost data from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; perform and document cost/price analyses.
  • Partner with Project Managers to advise on pricing strategy, compliance, and best-value solutions.
  • Lead price reviews and deliver insights to key stakeholders.
  • Build dynamic, scenario-based pricing tools to guide management decision-making in real time.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism, independence, and sound judgment.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may substitute).
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract pricing, cost estimating, or proposal development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
