The role coordinates sensitive communications, prepares strategic briefings, and represents the Chairman in select internal and external engagements. This leader anticipates emerging needs, mitigates risks, and ensures the Chairman’s focus is directed toward the highest‑impact objectives.

The Chief of Staff drives execution of corporate initiatives supporting growth, operational excellence, and compliance with defense industry standards. Working closely with leadership in operations, business development, capture, engineering, and contracts, the Chief of Staff monitors progress on enterprise initiatives, resolves cross‑functional obstacles, and ensures actions align with DoD expectations, regulatory requirements, and corporate strategy. The role may oversee strategic projects, special task forces, and high‑visibility engagements assigned directly by the Chairman.

Success in this position requires exceptional judgment, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively within complex, sensitive defense environments. The Chief of Staff must excel at influencing without authority, building trust with senior leaders, and maintaining a steady operational cadence despite rapidly shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
