Program Cost Control Analyst

The Program Cost Control Analyst will work on-site with the Senior Program Analyst in providing direct program support encompassing cost control, funding allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and purchasing. Position is also responsible for collecting metrics, tracking program performance, and preparing various required reports.

• Track Government funding to include Contracts, Task Orders and Projects; manage man-hours, materials and ODCs to ensure funding is accurately and appropriately allocated
• Coordinate, prepare, and submit Monthly Status Reports, Cost Reports, and Funding and Man-Hours Expenditure Reports in a timely manner
• Reconcile Unanet and Task Order/Project data
• Work daily with the Program Manager and Sr. Program Analyst to ensure that all working tasks have appropriate funding allocations to reach program goals and deliverables
• Prepare monthly cost reports and subcontract reports
• Prepare monthly subcontract analysis, accruals and process invoices for payment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Contract Procurement, Business or a related field
• Over 2 years of federal contractor experience in the areas of program control financial analysis and program acquisition for all contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, etc.)
• Experience with Unanet in the areas of project reporting, revenue recognition and unbilled analysis
• Must possess a SECRET security clearance
