We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to support day‑to‑day site operations, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance. This role is ideal for a motivated field leader seeking to grow into a full Superintendent position.

• Assist with on‑site trade coordination and schedule tracking
• Support jobsite documentation including daily logs and safety checks
• Attend subcontractor meetings and assist in issue resolution
• Enforce safety policies and site cleanliness

• 2–4 years of construction field experience
• Understanding of commercial construction processes
• Ability to read plans and follow direction from the Superintendent
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
