This is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL, for a Childcare Director. The Childcare Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage staff performance. Responsibilities include planning and implementing educational programs, fostering a positive environment for children and families, maintaining student records, and ensuring effective communication with staff and parents. The Childcare Director will also handle enrollment processes and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance services.

• Strong expertise in Childcare and Early Childhood Development with a focus on creating engaging and supportive learning environments.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Experience in Education, including curriculum design and instructional techniques for early learners.
• A proven background in Customer Service, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for families and addressing their needs.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of childcare professionals.
• Knowledge of state regulations and licensing requirements for childcare programs.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification and experience in health and safety protocols are a plus.
