ASRC Agile Decision Sciences is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission‑critical defense systems. We are currently seeking Systems Engineers to join our team based in Huntsville, AL. As a member of this team, you will be an individual contributor supporting the development and qualification of missile defense system hardware and software by assisting with system design, requirements, and testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM related field, and 8 years of related experience
• Must have a current active Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated proficiency with DOORS
• Understanding of an Agile development environment
• Extensive experience with MBSE and SysUML
• Must be able to support an in‑person / closed‑area work environment

• Experience with requirements review, decomposition, and certification
• Experience with MDA weapons systems
• Prior experience with CAMEO
• Experience with INCOSE Systems Engineering
