We are seeking a motivated Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer III with experience in electronic hardware design and test. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in PCB design using Altium Designer, strong understanding of digital logic circuits, and hands-on experience with common electronics test and measurement equipment.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team on advanced electronic systems.
** As an Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
*** Develop and maintain schematic and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
* Design, analyze, and troubleshoot digital and mixed-signal circuits.
* Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies.
* Support prototype builds, test documentation, and design reviews.
* Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
* Participate in product testing, verification, and continuous improvement activities.

* Required Qualifications:

*** U.S. Citizenship
* B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in electronic design and testing.
* Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
* Proficiency with Altium Designer (schematic capture and PCB layout).
* Strong understanding of digital logic, signal integrity, and circuit fundamentals.
* Proficient with standard lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, etc.).
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience with embedded firmware development.
* Familiarity with VHDL and Xilinx FPGA design tools.
* Basic understanding of embedded systems and hardware-software integration.
