* Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army missile systems
* Lead and support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI/EMC, Safety, Human Factors. Includes on-site TDY testing support, completing training to operate weapon system equipment at test facility and performing Unit Under Test functional checks.
* Ensure execution of test schedule by collaborating with test facility staff and daily status reporting to STRIKE leadership.
* Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464)
* Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features
* Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle

Minimum Requirements:

* Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
* BS or BA degree and 5 years of experience in weapon system qualification testing (can be part of the 10 years above)
* Experience with evaluating systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464) #CJ
