Primary Responsibilities:

* Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports for C-UAS system(s) capabilities
* Creating test plans and detailed test procedures to satisfy requirements for C-UAS capabilities
* Ensuring customer requirements are met by analyzing data to determine system's abilities to meet customer stated needs
* Developing mitigation strategies for identified issues and following up to ensure problems are resolved
* Providing Tech Lead with timely information and periodic reports pertaining to the overall status of all assigned projects
* Participating in integrated product teams in formulating, coordinating, and consolidating customer requirements to enable capability recommendations
* Develop and deliver briefings to senior stakeholders across all project phases
* Participate with cooperative agencies for test readiness review and input into project office wide integrated testing program/plan

Required Experience:

* Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
* Experience planning, preparing, executing test plans (validation and Verification activities)
* Experience developing information papers and decision briefings
* Experience with requirements management
* Experience with radar, Electromagnetic Warfare, or kinetic defeat Desired

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline with 3-10 years direct experience
* US Citizen with ability to receive DoD TS/SCI security clearance
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Previous experience in Army Program Office Engineering Team is preferred
* Must possess strong communications and analytical skills, be a self-starter, and detail oriented
* Counter Unmanned Aircraft System and/or Test and Evaluation experience
