You might:

• Oversee a Project Management Team
• Manage projects, schedules, and budgets
• Pre-sell future projects
• Mentor team members
• Coordinate resources with operations or engineering
• Reward your team

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• PE license
• Proven project management experience with deadlines and budgets
• Strong communication skills for engaging clients, agencies, and stakeholders

• Experience winning ALDOT projects
• Experience with County and Municipal projects
• Background in an AEC firm
