- Work with Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing, vendor and customer representatives during definition, buildup, testing, and acceptance operations.
- Perform functional check‑out and operational/component testing of electrical/electronic, electro‑mechanical, electro‑optical, mechanical systems, electronic, RF, and ground support equipment installations including the operation and maintenance of associated support equipment.
- Perform fault isolation of complex electrical circuitry.
- Analyze test and rejection history to identify problems and develop corrective action.
- Recommend and make refinement to equipment, sub‑assemblies, test and integration processes.
- Work from engineering drawings, schematics, work orders, technical documents and formal direction.
- May be required to perform duties in and around ordnance and other hazardous materials while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Possess technical skills and abilities to work in a team environment with minimal amount of supervisor instruction or direction.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating non‑automated stand‑alone test equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with electronic measurement and test equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting fault isolate complex electronics systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience testing and/or troubleshooting advanced Electronic Systems (i.e. Electro‑Optical Guidance Systems, Radar Tests and/or RF Seeker).
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- This is an hourly position governed by the IAMAW 2766 Collective Bargaining agreement.
- The selected candidate must be able to work any shift, as assigned. This site runs 3 shifts:
- Shift A:
Monday‑Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm - Shift B:
Monday‑Thursday 4:30 pm – 3:00 am - Shift C:
Friday‑Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm - Training for this position will occur on first or second shift Monday‑Friday. The above shifts will be assigned after training is completed.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
