* Serve as Senior Analyst on select efforts, supporting customer engagement, deliverables (e.g., CDRLs), reporting, and alignment with contract requirements.
* Attend and support internal and external meetings, documenting discussions, generating action items, and ensuring closure, while acting as a liaison between government customers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
* Manage integrated project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, track budgets, subcontractor staffing, and risk registers, including maintaining risk management processes and facilitating risk reviews.
* Develop and deliver program documentation, including weekly status updates, monthly project reports, program management review (PMR) charts, contract deliverables, and proposals.
* Act as a point of contact between government and contractor technical teams, program managers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, with a focus on DE portfolio risk reduction.
*
* Required Qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, business, or project management field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong organizational, time management, and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts, including adaptability/flexibility and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in program communication and stakeholder coordination.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and tools like Office Timeline Pro+ or SharePoint.
* US Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance

* Experience supporting senior technical leaders or program managers in areas like risk arbitration, financial tracking (planned vs. actual), and cross-functional team oversight.
* Demonstrated experience in project or program management in an R&D or engineering environment, including subcontractor deliverables, invoice approvals, corrective actions, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes like Risk and Opportunity Management Boards (ROMB), Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments, and Stage Gates.
