PPG Industries is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing - Operational Excellence Engineer to drive continuous improvement across value streams at the Huntsville, AL facility. You will lead lean initiatives, coach teams, apply Kaizen, value stream mapping, 5S and visual management, and monitor metrics to reduce waste and improve safety, quality and cost.
You must have 5+ years in lean/continuous improvement in aerospace or regulated manufacturing, a technical bachelor degree, and certification.
