** Seattle, WA, Mesa, AZ, Saint Louis, MORole Overview An opportunity is available for an Electromagnetic Test and Evaluation Engineer to support an expanding workload on critical programs. This role involves direct interaction with customers to address new testing requirements and technical challenges in a dynamic laboratory environment. The position offers interdisciplinary work, contributing to the development, verification, and sustainment of advanced radar and missile systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and validate requirements for various electromagnetic test systems and components.
* Work directly with the customer to address new testing needs and technical challenges.
* Test new technologies and develop associated test equipment.
* Capture and analyze snapshots of radar pulses.
* Support missile testing and help operate a radar test facility.
* Support the creation and testing of radar missile seekers.
* Perform testing throughout the full product life cycle, from initial development through end-of-life activities.
* Conduct environmental, vibration, and terminal testing.
* Define and conduct tests to validate performance against design requirements.
* Solve technical anomalies and seek to improve existing processes.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
* Ability to work 100% on-site in Huntsville.
* Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
* Coursework or project experience in RF, electromagnetics, or digital signal processing (DSP).
* Academic or hands-on experience with MATLAB.
* Experience with Fourier theory or complex Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
* Familiarity with Field-Programmable Gated Array (FPGA) logic design.
* Experience with LabVIEW or embedded programming.
* Any prior internship experience.
