ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril’s Manufacturing Safety Engineering team partners across Anduril’s manufacturing, engineering, and operations organizations to ensure our production systems are safe to build, test, and sustain an engineering discipline, we design safety into the way products are made, covering the equipment, fixtures, test stations, and work instructions on the factory floor, rather than inspecting for it after the fact. Our mandate spans the production lifecycle, from new equipment and line design through ramp and sustained operations.
We apply formal risk assessment and the hierarchy of controls to identify hazards early and engineer them out, partnering closely with our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experts, controls and manufacturing engineers, and production leadership to keep our people safe while moving at the speed Anduril demands.
