As Reliability Engineer you’ll work on a broad range of projects, in both a laboratory and manufacturing environment, that will challenge you to learn and grow in your career. Working side by side with designers, test and manufacturing engineers, you’ll use your education, experience and growing expertise to develop and evaluate new and innovative technology to survive in the most hostile of  this role the you will:
• Develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and Design of Experiments (DOE) constructs.
• Recommend design or test methods and statistical process control procedures to achieve required levels of product reliability.
• Compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics; investigate and analyze variables that may affect product and processes.
• Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards.
• Analyze preliminary plans and develop reliability engineering programs to meet company, customer, and governmental agency reliability objectives.
• Architect predictive risk models: develop mathematical models to identify units, batches, or processes that pose excessive failure risk.
• Propose design or formulation changes, as necessary, to improve system and/or process reliability.
• Determine which units or batches require environmental testing and specify the minimum number of samples needed to obtain statistically valid data.
