Employment Application for Service Advisor
An energetic and confident individual that enjoys solving problems is needed to fill the position of Service Advisor. While this position serves as a liaison between our computer technicians and our customers, NO technical skill or knowledge is required to perform this job successfully.
Responsibilities- Perform the check-in process for devices brought in for repair at our retail location
- Contact customers to review needed repairs after technicians diagnose the issue(s)
- Provide exceptional customer service and be empathetic to frustrated customers
- Answer telephone calls
- Assist the Retail Sales team with day-to-day operations
- Previous experience in customer service or interacting with the public
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Relevance of work history may include retail, food service, bank tellers, greeters/receptionist, clerical, or customer service roles
