Job Title: Cost Analyst
Location: Redstone Arsenal - Huntsville, AL (On-site)

Responsibilities- Develop cost-estimating models from data collected on programs managed by the PdM A3S.
- Provide advice and technical assistance to functional specialists in identifying and evaluating program cost factors and cost impact on program alternatives, by briefings and reports documenting the results of the analysis of system costs.
- Refine and adjust cost models in response to changes in technical specifications, support requirements, alternative design, engineering, and operational trade-off proposals.
- Develop life cycle cost estimates to determine the total cost of the program.
- Analyze mission requirements to determine cost parameters, specific cost factors and relationships to be utilized in constructing cost models.
- Create or update model formats to include EXCEL spreadsheets or ACEIT cost estimating software that provide a base for the estimating equations and phased reports.
- Respond to cost reporting tasking requests.
- High School diploma with 11 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
- PEO Acquisition experience.
- Life Cycle Cost Estimate experience (LCCE).
- ACEIT experience.
