Senior Financial Advisor

If you have experience as a Financial Advisor, Private Client Advisor, or Wealth Advisor, this opportunity could be for you. A well-established bank is in major growth mode and looking for a confident Financial Advisor to lead its growth into the Huntsville market. The role is tied to a referral network from multiple bank branches and an ongoing referral flow.

Required:

Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license.

• Strong internal referral network and no competing advisors in the area
• Advisor-driven platform with open architecture
• Ideal for someone currently managing a mid- to large-sized book who is ready to grow

• Be present within assigned bank branches to build relationships and generate trust with both internal teams and clients
• Conduct client meetings to manage and grow accounts, working independently and alongside licensed bankers
• Coach, Mentor, and Support licensed bank employees - 90% of their production hits your grid

• Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing the client’s best interests
• Conduct group and one-on-one coaching sessions for bank partners
• Host educational seminars to support business development
• Cross-offer services like loans, estate planning, and deposit products
• Maintain and deepen relationships through consistent follow-up
• Act as a role model for doing what’s right for both clients and colleagues

• Background in financial advisory or wealth management
• Active Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license
• Ability to explain complex financial strategies in simple terms
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of investments, annuities, and holistic financial planning
