Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist - Personnel Management to support a federal government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

• TS/SCI clearance required with CI POLY or ability to obtain one.

• Research and develop space intelligence enterprise military and civilian manning requirements for J21 government personnel.
• Assess impacts of civilian personnel actions on readiness.
• Review and report on workforce activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain official records for contract personnel and military/civilian staff.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and correspondence for J21.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Proficiency in DIA/Office of Human Resources processes and procedures.

• Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of senior related experience (total 17 years).
