Responsibilities- Provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.
- Comprehensive crisis response trainings
- Flexible schedule, work on case‑by‑case basis
- Personalized support
- Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app
- Supplemental income
- Independently licensed in the state of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
$80.00 - $100.00 per hour
