• Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences.
• Previous biotech or medical experience is preferred.

• Review and analyze electronic medical records (EMRs) from clinical sites to identify potential donors for biospecimen collections that meet complex research criteria.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data entered in Salesforce database.
• Create appointment schedules for tissue sample collection at clinical sites.
• Send shipment summaries and follow up on customer shipment notifications.
• Maintain consistent and predictable attendance; this role is ON-SITE.
