What You’ll DoAs a Regional Dietary Consultant, you’ll be the go-to nutrition expert for long-term care centers in your assigned region. You’ll consult, guide, and elevate the quality of nutritional care and food service across the facilities you support. This role offers a blend of clinical work, education, program oversight, and hands-on resident engagement.
Your Impact Includes- Conducting initial and ongoing nutritional assessments with clear, supportive documentation
- Updating and individualizing resident nutritional care plans
- Recommending and monitoring nutritional interventions to support optimal health
- Providing one-on-one nutrition counseling to residents, families, and caregivers
- Partnering closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate nutrition goals into overall care plans
- Offering education and best-practice guidance to food service teams
- Supplying each facility with approved menus tailored to their residents’ needs

What We’re Looking For- Registered Dietitian (CDR) + active state license(s)
- At least 1 year of post-graduate experience (long-term care preferred)
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Genuine passion for working with geriatric, convalescent, or psychiatric populations
- Ability to travel between facilities, including occasional overnights
