Base pay is based on skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.

• Utilize a person‑centered approach that promotes positive perceptions of aging and builds relationships among residents.
• Develop a monthly calendar in partnership with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborate with the community leadership team to plan and execute special events such as holidays, family gatherings, educational activities, and marketing events.
• Plan and schedule meaningful engagement opportunities outside the community, which may include driving a community vehicle.

• Minimum of one year of direct experience working with adults.
• Leadership experience or a related degree (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or related field) is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; a commercial driver’s license may be required based on community needs.
• Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within the department.

• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Vision is required.
• Regular interaction with co‑workers, residents, or vendors.

• Possible exposure to communicable diseases, latex, blood‑borne pathogens, chemicals, drugs, and other hazards.
• Driving required to transport residents (Tier 1).
