• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Customer service mindset – Friendly, helpful attitudes make guest stays memorable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina – Can lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on your feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible schedule – Early mornings, weekends, holidays as guests need.
