A prominent hospitality management group in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a skilled culinary professional with 3–5 years of experience, preferably with banquet or catering leadership. In this role, you will prepare and execute banquet menus, manage inventory and food cost control, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. A culinary degree or equivalent experience and Serv Safe certification are required.

This position may entail flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
