Bachelor of Science in Management, Engineering or Science.

Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in DoD Engineering, System Acquisition and Test and Evaluation including five (5) years of demonstrated management experience.

• US Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Knowledgeable of the program acquisition life cycle process as addressed in the DoD 5000 series.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, cost and schedule estimating, systems disciplines, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon systems procurement and production.
• Must have a thorough understanding of the Test and Evaluation (T&E) process required during a program’s lifecycle, to include Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), requirements documents, DT&E Reports, OTRRs, DT&E activities and OT&E activities.
• Must have a thorough understanding of the DoD structure for program acquisition and the roles and responsibilities of the offices in OSD and the Army.
• The Program Manager shall be knowledgeable of DT&E and OT&E activities and experience in planning and executing an effective test program.
• Applicant must have an in-depth knowledge of the PEO and PM offices on Redstone Arsenal and other locations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with strong computer skills.
