Overview

Learning Management System Application Analyst
- Corporate University at Huntsville Hospital. Provides support for the Learning Management System, including assisting with Net Learning reports and analysis, supporting Net Manager training and access mapping, supporting Health System users, course and curriculum management in Net Learning, entering rolls, curricula, and CBLs, and providing regularly recurring reports for Care Class and AHA certifications. Supports Net Competency and other duties as required.

• Provide support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including Net Learning reports and analysis.
• Assist with Net Manager training and access mapping.
• Support Health System users, course and curriculum management in Net Learning, entering rolls, curricula, and CBLs.
• Provide regularly recurring reports for Care Class and AHA certifications.
• Support Net Competency and other duties as required.

• Education required: 4 year degree in business, marketing, education, software development or associated field.
• License, certification, and/or registration: Certification in LMS administration required to be effective in the role.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in database management required, preferably in a hospital setting. Excellent computer skills, to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other data manipulation skills. Experience with course authoring tools a plus.
• Additional skills/abilities: Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Excellent communication skills and follow through on requests, high level of accuracy with detail, the ability to respond appropriately to customer requests as necessary. Must be able to use computer, desktop publishing, word processing and spreadsheet applications, copy machine and multi-line telephone.
