Senior Targeting Analyst

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst to support a federal government client. Availability is contingent upon contract award.

• TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.

• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and uploads targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis.
• Develops daily target nomination packets, creates database records, and database target intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.

• 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
• Desired education/training: successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.
