Job Description

As an ERP Developer II, you will develop and modify the firm’s Oracle Cloud ERP system. You will analyze user needs to design, construct, and maintain modules and components that meet individual user requirements.

Job Duties
  • Administer day‑to‑day functions of the Oracle Cloud ERP system.
  • Design new and modify existing modules/components based on requirements.
  • Provide Level IV support for Oracle Cloud ERP system issues and questions.
  • Provide Level IV support for specific applications, as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss project requirements.
  • Coaching Application Support team members on best practices and coding decisions.
  • Devising strategic solutions to resolve issues while keeping the system operational.
  • Partner with other Applications Services team members, and resources within National IT, Human Resources, or Finance to resolve issues.
  • Consult above Application Services team members to analyze diverse issues.
  • Manage multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with ERP Developers to find timely resolutions to complex issues and Escalate critical issues to management.
  • Consult ERP Manager and ERP Support Team regarding advanced support needs for complex issues within a hosted environment.
  • Provide accurate estimates related to project workload and deadlines.
  • Participate in weekly support meetings with hosting provider.
  • Participate in design meetings as appropriate.
  • Serve as the Secondary Support person for after‑hours support, as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, preferred.
Qualifications, Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Five (5) or more years of experience with enhancements and support of Oracle Cloud ERP or similar ERP modules, required.
  • One (1) or more years of experience with support of cloud‑based (SaaS) ERP applications, required.
  • Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and FBDI, preferred.
  • Experience working with integration technologies using REST and SOAP, preferred.
  • Basic certification in OCI or AWS or Azure, preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment and handle multiple complex projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to multi‑task while working independently or within a group environment.
  • Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems professionally.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to interact and build relationships and consensus among people.
  • Advanced knowledge of database optimization (hint, statistics, etc.), preferred.
  • Ability to consistently produce clean coding and adhere to documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and underlying tables.
Salary

National Range: $90,000 - $120,000
California Range: $90,000 - $120,000
Colorado Range: $90,000 - $120,000
Illinois Range: $90,000 - $120,000
Maryland Range: $90,000 - $120,000
Minnesota Range: $90,000 - $120,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $90,000 - $120,000
Washington Range: $90,000 - $120,000
Washington DC Range: $90,000 - $120,000
