Torch Technologies is seeking a
** Program Management Senior
** located at Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL, within the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES), to support the Base Maintenance:
Integrated Maintenance Data System Central Database (IMDS CDB), Maintenance Scheduling Application Tool (MSAT), Tool Accountability System (TAS).  IMDS CDB is an Air Force (AF) enterprise-level automated maintenance management information system for weapon systems. This system provides wartime readiness and operational support of aircraft, trainers, simulators, communications- electronics, and support equipment maintenance activities at worldwide operating bases, Active-Duty Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), AF Reserve (AFRC), and Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF).

This position supports GBMAs a Senior Program Manager your duties include but are not limited to
* Ensure program management resources have comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force.
* Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs.
* Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines and be able to recommend viable solutions to problems as well as the pursuit of alternative courses of action.
* Abilities to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation, e.g., briefings, documents, and plans.
* Abilities to plan, research, analyze and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment.
* Abilities to formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives.
* Abilities to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports, e.g., Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) or Monthly Activity Report (MAR);
* Abilities to support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews; and,
* Abilities to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.

* Required Qualifications:

* Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
* OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD
* OR 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight of which must be in the DoD.
* Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in their technical/professional field.  Possesses the ability to perform tasks independently and oversee the efforts…
