Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Description

We're looking for a Senior Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to help design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing engineering team on projects that combine React or Angular front-ends, Node.js or Python backends, Postgre

SQL databases, and AWS infrastructure.

• Develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications using modern frameworks and languages
• Build clean, reusable, and well-documented front-end components (React, Angular, or similar)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs or similar endpoints using Node.js or Python (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
• Integrate and optimize Postgre
  
  SQL or other relational databases
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab (or equivalent) for automated builds, testing, and deployments
• Collaborate with other engineers to design scalable architectures and improve Dev Sec Ops  practices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
• Support integration and deployment in AWS environments

• Must possess a Bachelors degree and five (5) years' experience;
  Additional six (6) years' experience can be considred in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle)

• Must possess an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required

• 1-3 years of experience with AWS
• 1-3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack web development
• Proficiency with React (or Angular/Vue) and Type Script or similar tools
• Experience with Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Express) or similar tools
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design (Postgre
  
  SQL preferred)
• Familiarity with Git Lab CI/CD or similar build/deploy pipelines
• Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or Cloud Formation)
• Strong debugging, testing, and version control practices
