The SAP S/4

HANA Infrastructure Lead applies senior‑level expertise to deliver Basis services, ensuring database integrity, table indexing, change pointers, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing technical upgrades and analyzing, documenting, reporting, escalating, triaging, and resolving database performance issues.
• Analyzing, designing, building, and configuring activities for initial builds or periodic refreshes of SAP environments.
• Executing COOP for backup and recovery of production and non‑production environments.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, managing CHARMs and transports through Solution Manager or equivalent tools to migrate SAP ERP changes.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 10+ years of SAP experience, including 2-5 years of S/4
  
  HANA Basis implementation and post‑production support.
• Experience with cloud and on‑premise SAP implementations across multiple projects.
• Expertise in the technical foundation of SAP systems, ensuring stability, security, performance, and team leadership while overseeing system administration, upgrades, and project implementations.
• Knowledge of available infrastructure, related system software, system integration techniques, and network management.
• Demonstrable experience with contemporary project management tools and methodologies, evaluating programmatic data, resolving inconsistencies, and proposing solutions to project issues.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret NATO security clearance or higher.

• 10+ years of BASIS experience with Linux OS certification and CompTIA Security+ certification.
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA System Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business, or related discipline. Four years of SAP BASIS or equivalent COTS experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
