Primary Responsibilities- Support advanced technology radar product development and software delivery. Responsibilities include negotiating agile backlog priorities, estimating schedule based on team velocity, presenting progress to customers, negotiating schedule/content impacts, and coordinating with lab IT to maintain the development toolchain.
- Work closely with a highly collaborative development team in a lab environment.
- Maintain two separate CI/CD pipelines: one in a cloud environment and one in a lab environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution, plus 8–12 years of experience in software development project management.
- Working knowledge of C++ (direct coding not required).
- Strong communication skills for collaboration in a lab environment and interaction with customers and IT.
- Excellent teamwork skills and strong fundamentals in:
- Jira agile boards, backlogs, and reports
- Agile practices (scrum, iterations, schedules based on team velocity)
- Git Lab CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with modern C++ development
- Familiarity with unit test development
- U.S. Citizenship required and must possess and maintain a Final Secret Clearance
