TS Cleared -Senior SOC Analyst - ONSITE -Top SECRET

Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates for a position with a Prime contractor for their end customer, a federal agency.

Cleared SENIOR SOC Analyst (Active TS is a MUST) - 100% ONSITE. Must be willing to undergo and obtain SCI clearance from the agency.

The Senior SOC Analyst supports second-tier escalation, with the ability to analyze intrusion detection security events across the Agency's network, ensuring quality work. Acts as a second-tier escalation supporting Information Assurance Engineers and the Shift Team Lead.

Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to alerts in the SEIM tool, investigating incidents using various tools, and documenting incidents with clear narratives.

• Eight (8) years of security intrusion detection experience involving a range of security technologies, including logs from WAN, host, Network IPS/IDS/HIPs, web servers, and raw data logs.
• Experience with Splunk ES, Splunk SIEM, Fire Eye, Wireshark, Snort, PCAP Analysis, OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.

Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree.

Clearance Requirement:
Active TOP SECRET with the ability to qualify and obtain SCI clearance.
