Senior Analyst​/Logistician

A senior-level analyst/ logistician staff professional who possesses detailed and advanced knowledge within the assigned domain area. This position The Senior Level Analyst/Logistician/ Programmer/Specialist/ is responsible for formulation of the opinions, decisions and ultimate performance of the specified tasks. This requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration.

Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.

• Perform advanced and task level analytical functions in support of the program.
• Apply detailed domain knowledge to analyze data, processes, systems, or operational requirements.
• Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures and guidance.
• Identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior staff as appropriate.
• Support development of reports, analyses, briefings, and task-level deliverables.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level analysts, as assigned.
• Assist senior staff in coordinating task-level activities and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Includes:
  Supply Support and Logistics Analysis;
  Package, Handling, Storage and Transportation (Conus and Oconus);
  Maintenance Planning and Management for AH‑64 systems;
  Training and Training Devices;
  Design Interface and RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability);
  Technical Data and Publications;
  Product Support; and Reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support mission objectives.
• Must adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines. Other duties may be assigned.
• Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.

• Detailed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and practices within the applicable domain.
• Ability to work independently at the task level with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide less‑experienced personnel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured environment.
• Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.

Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 7+ years of relevant experience. May substitute a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 11+ years of relevant experience. Must maintain a security clearance at the required level.
