Job Purpose

As AI becomes more integrated into our processes and offerings, we are seeking a resource to manage requests and drive innovation. This role is critical for identifying and implementing AI solutions that improve internal tasks and processes. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a deep curiosity for artificial intelligence who can assist in the design, development, and integration of AI-driven tools.

This is a foundational role with a clear path to becoming our subject matter expert in AI-driven business solutions.

Responsibilities

* Partner with teams across the company to identify tasks and processes that can be improved with AI.

* Design and develop custom AI-powered solutions and workflows, with a primary focus on the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Apps Script, etc.).

* Contribute to large-scale AI projects, from initial prototyping to final implementation, and become the go-to expert for AI tool development.

* Use APIs from leading AI platforms (like Google Gemini, etc.) to integrate intelligent features into our existing workflows.

* Help test, debug, and document new tools to ensure they are reliable and easy for our team to use.

* Continuously monitor and evaluate advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence to integrate new techniques and capabilities into our processes and methodologies.

Requirements

* A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

* Strong foundational knowledge of Python and demonstrable experience developing solutions within Google Workspace (e.g., Google App Script).

* A proactive and ambitious individual with the drive to become our subject matter expert (SME) for AI tool, project, and workflow development.

* Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms, such as Google Vertex AI, is highly desirable.

* An excellent problem-solver with the ability to think critically and creatively to architect new solutions.

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.

* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a team environment.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
