Purpose:

Position Summary:
The Lockwood Group is looking to hire a Logistics Analyst to support the Army's Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office in Huntsville, AL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide logistics support for MLRS family of launchers, munitions, and hardware. Provide on-site support for: maintenance, total package fielding; modifications and related issues/requirements/schedules; logistics agreements/briefings with the users; development and analysis of kits and hardware. Develop/analyze supply, maintenance, engineering, and configuration data. Assist in equipment/hardware accountability. Support PMO briefings, field lings activities, and special taskers.
• Will analyze and provide recommendations for fielding and modifications activities; engineering, supply, maintenance, and logistics documents preparation; logistics support during all phases of the system life cycle in garrison and deployments.
• The job requires heavy travel to user locations. Approximately 50 percent outside work.
• Computer skills required: email and Microsoft Office products with a concentration in Excel.

Job Requirements:

• Five years of experience in Army logistics or operations.
• Experience in Army logistics and operations and/or fielding and modification of Army Weapon Systems preferably HIMARS and MLRS systems and hardware.
• Active Secret Security Clearance
