Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements

* Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities

* Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation

* Serve as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and stakeholders

* Coordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applications

* Support efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handling

* Track and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred

* 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal IT initiatives (Army experience preferred)

* Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders

* Active Secret clearance
