Position: Information Technology Specialist with Security Clearance
Information Technology Specialist - Level 3

Description:

The Information Technology Specialist (ITS) Level 3 shall provide services to monitor servers, applications, systems, and databases. The ITS shall provide desktop support including workstation setup and password assignments. The ITS shall deploy configuration changes and update all servers and workstations. The ITS shall monitor network routers/switch status, respond to network alarms, and respond to associated problems. Minimum/General

Experience:

• The ITS shall have five (5) years experience deploying network configurations, testing, troubleshooting activities, planning and expediting planning management strategy, and maintain version control of systems such as WMware, Open Stack, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Mac/Unix based systems. The ITS shall have experience in configuration and troubleshooting of local and remote systems, virtualization, Active Directory, Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), Distributed File System (DFS), and File and Print Servers.

• Additional education, training, and certification or work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience at the Government’s discretion.

Minimum Education:

Bachelors Degree in of the following areas, from an accredited university/college:

• Computer Science

• Computer Engineering

• Software Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Computer & Information Security

• Computer Security and/or Network Administration

• Or

• Masters in Computer Science or related field of Science & Technology Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance required. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.) Benefits:
